Wrestling with Sync Settings: Is There a Hidden Button Somewhere?

So, anyone else baffled by sync settings sometimes? Trying to keep my bank transactions streaming nicely into Rocket Statements but feels like I'm fighting with a tangle of cables, you know? Live syncs should be live, right? I'm missing something here or I forgot to hit some mystical hidden "sync properly" button.

I mean, most days it’s fine. But then there are these days where transactions just stop mid-stream. Is it just me or does this happen to others? Sometimes it’s like trying to catch water with a sieve. I end up toggling settings back and forth, but sometimes I think I'm just clicking buttons out of frustration than anything truly logical.

Have you guys found a rhythm or a trick to keep everything flowing smoothly without turning it into a daily puzzle? Or is the trick just having the patience of a saint? Anyway, back to tinkering, hoping to crack the sync code without losing more hours to button clicks. Any insights welcome!
