Email Processing: Handy but Clunky?

penny walker's avatarpenny walker

Real quick between calls—anyone feel the email attachment processing is a bit... eccentric? Maybe it's just me, but sending statements over email to process feels like faxing in the 21st century. Rocket Statements auto-process feature is neat, but juggling between emails and the platform feels clunky.

Usually end up having to double-check if everything went through, not sure if I'm getting the hang of it or if it's just the nature of email workflows. Sometimes stuff gets stuck or doesn't convert quite right. Kinda wish there was a cleaner integration between my email app and Rocket. Can't tell if it's me or something everyone deals with. Are there better practices out there?

And is the Google Sheets Addon any smoother?

haha yeah, juggling email and platform is like playing the "will it blend?" game with statements. i'm constantly checking if i didn't miss a conversion step like it's a recurring audit in the email slalom. haven't tried the Sheets Addon myself, any thoughts on whether it's actually smoother?

haha totally, mixing emails with RS is like wrangling wild spreadsheets. always feels like i'm in a perpetual check and balance act to make sure the pdfs converted right. anyone else find that keeping folders organized helps with processing chaos? not sure about the Sheets Addon either... guessing it could lighten the load, but can it really smooth things out?
